Tech Lead (.NET)

We are looking for a Tech Lead who wants to become a part of the Epinova Sweden team and be involved in creating customer solutions beyond the ordinary.

We have clients in various industries and help them develop "state of the art" solutions, external websites, e-commerce, and business systems. We work with the latest version of .NET and modern JavaScript, usually based on the Optimizely platform.

We work closely with our customers in cross-functional teams and develop solutions with a clear component and reusability mindset. This allows us to focus on what is important to the customer and develop with quality and long-term, which our customers appreciate and our developers like! We work with large solutions, integrations, and multilingual sites and develop solutions on our framework and the latest version of Optimizely.

As a Tech Lead, you will work in one or more customer deliveries but also together with our RnD team where we put a lot of focus on raising the quality of our deliveries through a large number of modules, processes, documentation, and internal training to raise our level of the delivery constantly. If you work today with a feeling that "this could be done better if only there were time and budget" then this is the right place for you as via our large investment in RnD we spend a lot of time standardizing as much as we can in our deliveries for increased quality and faster delivery. With us, you will work with other tech leads and RnD developers to create great solutions together.

• At least 5 years of experience developing web solutions

• Experience with .NET (Core) 

• Having experience with Optimizely CMS or any other CMS is essential

• Some knowledge of JavaScript and frontend development

• Fluent/good oral and written English​

• You are used to working in an Agile and like to work in a team, in-house, or with a customer

• You are passionate about both user experience and development, you know how to work with customers to link requirements to a technical solution

• You are open to business trips to Sweden every few months

Experience working with Scandinavian clients, or Swedish companies is a plus!
